Qualifications

Executive presence to communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
Deep understanding of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service operations.
Experience translating clinical needs into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary technology teams to build end-to-end clinical pathways that reduce costs and improve outcomes.
Transform broad clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements and Epic/technology specifications.
Own end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build for care delivery products.
Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
