Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinic Operations and Ambulatory Workflows. Remote with ~ quarterly travel, reporting to Senior Medical Director, Clinical Informatics & Digital Product.

You will lead strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including in-clinic and virtual encounters, in-basket management, and inventory. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that optimize patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation
• Track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to collaborate on end-to-end care models ensuring safe outpatient care and reduced admin burden.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to surface solutions and drive end-to-end technology product execution.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to tie technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce costs while improving patient experience and outcomes.
• Oversee transformation of ideas into Epic/technology architectures and actionable specifications.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time insights to clinicians.
• Take end-to-end accountability for the technology lifecycle from discovery through deployment and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor a high-performing product team and foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, and accountability.
