Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical tech product management, and Epic implementation.
• Track record: Partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with healthcare delivery leadership to drive admissions prevention and care model integration.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to surface solutions and execute end-to-end technology products.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to link technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
• Oversee Epic analytics, software engineering, data science, and design to create end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
