CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Lead Director of Digital Product for Admission Prevention to shape technology strategy and execution for key medical cost initiatives. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and lower costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to drive end-to-end care model strategy and technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable clinical technology roadmaps.
Set shared outcome metrics linking tech investments to quality and financial performance.
Ensure seamless Epic integration with external data sources for real-time insights.
Drive continuous improvement and accountable to measurable outcomes.
