Visual Concepts is seeking a Lead Engineer to join our DevOps team, shaping the technical roadmap and owning the strategy for DevOps across the studio. You will collaborate across teams to create tools and systems that enable the WWE 2K title to progress with high velocity.

You will design and deliver scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and drive best practices for deployments and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience in CS or related field.
• Experience with Perforce, Jenkins, Git, and containerized environments.
• Hands-on with AWS/GCP and containerized infrastructure.
• IaC workflows and Puppet experience.
• Strong knowledge of OO programming (C/C++/C#) and .NET.
• Windows and Linux systems engineering with scripting
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration across disciplines
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive alignment

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment automation
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments
• Improve developer workflows through automation and tooling with solid documentation
• Establish standards and best practices for deployments, environments, observability, and operations
• Collaborate with studio partners to refine cross-team workflows and processes
• Act as a technical leader, developing and driving technical strategy and vision for your team
