Job summary
Revolutional is seeking a Lead Developer/Senior Developer to guide an Agile DevSecOps team delivering secure, cloud-native enterprise applications for DHS USCIS. You will balance architecture, hands‑on development, and leadership across AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, frontend and backend development, and a track record of delivering secure software in fast-paced environments. Remote work is supported with minimal travel.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Information Technology with emphasis on software development and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead a fast-paced Agile DevSecOps team through all phases of software development.
- Lead software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Analyze requirements to develop scalable enterprise solutions.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software applications.
- Provide full stack development support across frontend interfaces, REST APIs, and backend data access layers.
- Ensure software progresses through CI/CD, security, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
- Perform code reviews and maintain quality standards.
- Develop secure, scalable applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and stakeholders.
