Job summary

CoventBridge Integrity Systems is seeking a Data Scientist to develop advanced analytical models and data pipelines to support proactive fraud, waste, and abuse detection in Medicare/Medicaid. The role will lead model design, mentor analysts, and collaborate across teams from Grove City, OH or remote home offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analysis with Python/R/SQL, ML, and cloud experience (Databricks/Snowflake/Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of data analysis and modeling using SQL, Python, or R.
• 3+ years applying statistical and data mining techniques and ML algorithms.
• 3+ years of healthcare data analysis experience.
• Experience in cloud environments (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytical, predictive, and statistical models.
• Identify fraud, waste, and abuse patterns in claims.
• Develop reports and visualizations translating data into insights.
• Design and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Monitor model performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings.
