You'll mentor engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders, ensuring ethical AI practices, robust MLOps, and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in a quantitative field with strong ML background.
• 7+ years in data science with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering ML solutions in finance.
• Expertise in Python/R and ML libraries.
• Experience with big data and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of advanced ML/AI models for financial use cases.
• Mentor data scientists, conduct code reviews and oversight.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
