Responsibilities

• Oversee vulnerability and risk assessment activities with significant impact on operations across UW Medicine entities.
• Design, develop, and implement security tools and processes aligned with HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST to mitigate patient-care risks.
• Lead threat monitoring, incident response coordination, and risk register updates; mentor analysts and share security best practices.
