Job summary

MeetYourVA, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales VA for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will own the complete lead-management pipeline—from receiving a new lead through follow-up, closing, and onboarding support.

Responsibilities include monitoring new leads, qualifying, scheduling calls, and updating the CRM. You’ll also ensure high follow-up cadence, reduce no-shows, and provide seamless onboarding after conversion. Strong outbound calling and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with measurable results/numbers (leads handled, conversion rate, deals closed, revenue).
• Strong experience in lead follow-up, qualification, appointment setting, and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales pipeline.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
• CRM experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Lead Management: Monitor new leads, respond to inquiries, make calls, send initial emails, qualify leads, and update the CRM.
• Follow-Up: Follow a defined cadence through calls and emails, follow up after sales calls, re-engage after拒否 prospects, and reactivate old leads.
• Scheduling: Schedule sales/consultation calls, send reminders, and proactively reduce no-shows.
• Closing & Onboarding: Handle leads through the closing stage and provide onboarding support after conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
