Job summary

Virtual Help in the United States (Arizona) is seeking a real estate inside sales manager to convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and follow up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us.

You will update the CRM, manage inquiries, and create regular sales reports while pursuing appointments with listing or buyer's agents. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience and strong communication and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing in real estate or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Ability to handle objections and close for appointments.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Podio, Mojo Dialer, Salesforce) and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent worker.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update client information in the CRM to ensure team has current data.
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert into new clients.
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports showing progress toward goals.
• Reach out to leads continuously until an appointment is set with a listing or buyer's agent.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure they buy their next home.
