Job summary

Winrock International is seeking a Senior Manager, Beyond Carbon Benefits Certification to coordinate the final development and execution of the BCB Certification within ART. You will work with multiple teams to ensure rigorous outcomes aligned with international biodiversity and ESG reporting standards.

The role requires strong writing and project management, plus the ability to train stakeholders, oversee verifiers, and communicate via online and print media. Global travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in climate, sustainability standards development/implementation.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the final steps of the development and implementation of the Beyond Carbon Benefits (BCB) Certification.
• Coordinate with ART teams, verify alignment with international frameworks and ESG reporting.
• Develop reporting templates, deliver stakeholder training, and oversee verifiers.
• Support communication via website, newsletters, blogs and press releases.
