Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from decision through to release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when someone is stuck and take action.
• Ensure version choices align with team-wide goals and consolidations.
• Keep shared components in a maintainable, well-documented state.
• Lead changes in how the team works when ready.
• Reduce manual intervention to achieve a correct release.
• Address recurring problems by changing underlying setups.
• Shift verification left to enable more automated checks.
