Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to define the product roadmap, translate market needs into AI-powered solutions, and lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch. You will champion the AI product vision and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives in a remote-friendly environment.

The role requires a strong blend of business acumen, AI technical understanding, and a proven track record in product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps and launch tech products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and user research techniques.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-powered products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer feedback sessions.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling features and user experiences.
• Prioritize backlogs and manage the product lifecycle with engineering, data science and design.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories and specs.
• Launch new AI products and features with marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback and iterate to drive growth and engagement.
• Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development team.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to PM practice growth.
