HCLTech is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. You will bridge data science, engineering, design, and business to translate customer needs into impactful AI experiences.

Define the product vision, write PRDs and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and partner with ML engineers to deploy models. Track KPIs such as accuracy and latency, ensure responsible AI, and report progress to executives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years as a product owner, with at least 1-2 years working on AI/ML-based products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and defining success metrics for data-driven products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-driven products or features.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to design, build, and ship AI models and features into production.
• Translate business problems into well-scoped ML/AI use cases with clear success metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Define requirements, write user stories/specs, and prioritize the backlog based on customer value and business impact.
• Collaborate with UX/design teams to ensure AI features are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
• Establish and track KPIs (accuracy, latency, adoption, business impact) to measure success of AI features post-launch.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and responsible AI teams to ensure products meet ethical, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current on AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices (LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, etc.) to inform product decisions.
