Cognizant is seeking a senior AI/GenAI engineer to lead a cross-functional development team in delivering advanced conversational AI solutions on AWS Bedrock. You will design, develop and deploy production-grade agent architectures, while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams to meet client requirements.

Focus areas include LLM orchestration, tool integrations, and responsible AI practices, with a pay range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually and eligibility for Cognizant’s incentive program.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock.
• Hands-on experience with Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dev team across onshore and offshore.
• Hands on Dev, Design and architecture based on the client requirement
• Support QA and UAT teams.
