Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior AI Architect to define end-to-end AI architectures that turn LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration layers into enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, data teams, and cross-functional engineering groups.

This remote role in the United States offers travel as needed and access to Cognizant’s wellbeing programs and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI/ML and GenAI including LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Strong Python programming with hands-on AI library experience.
• Cloud architecture experience, preferably Azure (Azure OpenAI, Databricks) plus AWS/GCP.
• Experience with data/platform ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse) and REST APIs.
• DevOps and MLOps capabilities: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and experiment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Agentic AI architecture frameworks leveraging LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Design autonomous AI agents for planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool usage.
• Establish reference architectures for cloud-native, scalable, and secure AI apps.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP/CRM data platforms, APIs, and event-driven systems.
