Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• ASA or FSA designation and US work eligibility.
• 8 years actuarial experience, including at least 6 in a healthcare organization or PBM.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of complex pricing analyses, projections, and actuarial models.
• Own ad hoc data analyses to evaluate rebate performance and market events.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance on formulary methodology and rebate structures.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor and supervise Analysts and junior Actuaries.
• Monitor health policy and regulatory developments and assess pricing implications.
