Job summary

Assurasource, Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW) to provide remote mental health services to Texas clients. You will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy, implement evidence-based modalities, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, ongoing professional development, and collaboration within a supportive team. Telehealth experience and fluency in English are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work and active Texas LPC license.
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Experience maintaining clinical documentation in HIPAA compliance.
• Experience using CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Experience providing crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Strong English communication and client rapport skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
• Assess client needs via intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and others.
• Provide crisis intervention and assess suicide/harm risk as needed.
• Foster a safe, confidential environment and stay current with best practices.
