Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Therapists to join our remote team in Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.

The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active LPC-A license in the state of practice.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience using CBT.
• Crisis intervention experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
