Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Kansas is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for a remote telehealth role.

You will provide psychotherapy, assess client needs, coordinate with other professionals, and maintain case notes, all while meeting Kansas licensure requirements and remote caseload management.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits, PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, and a Monday–Friday work week.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Active Kansas LSCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing behavioral health treatment.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments.
• Review emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting well-being.
• Provide psychotherapy within your professional scope.
• Help clients work through mental health, family, and daily stressors.
• Identify outside resources or services that may be useful.
• Respond appropriately when safety concerns arise.
• Coordinate with other professionals when additional care is involved.
• Keep required case notes and records up to date.
• Follow Kansas clinical social work, confidentiality, and ethical requirements.
