Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a California-licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy via telehealth. This full-time position offers a remote work setup with standard Mon-Fri hours and a salary of $115,000-$120,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

You will conduct individual therapy, manage clinical documentation, and coordinate with resources when clients need support beyond sessions, all while adhering to California LCSW requirements.

Qualifications

• MSW degree with active LCSW license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years field experience.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure video appointments.
• Meet with new clients and gather relevant clinical and psychosocial information.
• Address mental health concerns while considering outside factors impacting the client.
• Keep notes and required records current.
• Help clients connect with community or healthcare resources when appropriate.
• Coordinate with other professionals when additional services are involved.
• Participate in virtual case discussions and team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow California LCSW professional requirements.
