Job summary

Perfect Prescription Healthcare is seeking aLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a fully remote, full-time team in Virginia. You will provide psychotherapy and mental health services via telehealth platforms, evaluating progress and adjusting plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in Virginia.
• At least 2 years of direct psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health disorders.
• Conduct detailed assessments of emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans considering patient history and circumstances.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches based on feedback.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and resources to empower understanding.
• Uphold confidentiality and obtain informed consent in all interactions.
