Job summary

Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with interviews to gather essential social and health information, and you will design and implement personalized treatment plans.

We offer a flexible schedule (four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, 8 AM–7 PM, Monday–Friday) to support work-life

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to clinical regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling for diverse clients (individuals, couples, families, groups).
• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather social, personal, environmental, and health information.
• Evaluate mental health issues, design treatment plans, and implement interventions.
• Facilitate discussions addressing cognitive, affective, and behavioral challenges with crisis resources as needed.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans per established protocols.
