Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in good standing.
• Current professional liability insurance maintained at contractor’s expense.
• Own equipment: reliable computer, high-speed internet, HIPAA-compliant telehealth access, private space.
• Ability to independently manage 5–8 clients per week.
• Strong knowledge of ethics, HIPAA, and telehealth best practices.
• Excellent clinical documentation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a caseload of ~5–8 clients per week via secure telehealth.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions per client needs.
• Manage scheduling and session logistics within weekly availability.
• Maintain compliant documentation per state licensing and HIPAA requirements.
• Coordinate care with other providers with proper client consent.
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision with the Executive Director.
