Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a licensed mental health therapist in Oklahoma for part-time, remote work delivering telehealth services to children, adolescents, and young adults across the state. You will schedule 15–22 sessions per week with weekday afternoons/evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST) and weekend availability.

The role includes assessments, treatment planning, documentation in the EHR, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week.
• Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in Oklahoma.
• Most sessions 2:00–9:00 PM EST, weekdays with weekend availability.
• Schedule is self-created; referrals, admin, billing, and credentialing handled by us.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy via secure telehealth and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete timely clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Support families through education and coordinated care.
