Backpack Healthcare is seeking an Oklahoma-licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth services to children, adolescents, and young adults nationwide from a remote home-based setting.

This part-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling with most sessions in the afternoon/evening. Clinicians maintain their independence while receiving referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Proficient in telehealth delivery and virtual care.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week.
• Deliver individual and family therapy to youth across Oklahoma.
• Work weekday afternoons/evenings with some weekend availability.
• Create schedules; referrals, admin, billing, credentialing provided.
