Peregrine Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas to join our remote, full-time behavioral health team. Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in Texas.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in community mental health or integrated care.
• Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model.
• Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Clear, professional communication with care teams.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools.
• Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and risk factors.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care team.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and outcome measurement efforts.

Responsibilities
