MY MENTAL HEALTH LLC in Maryland is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to provide individual psychotherapy for adults with mood and anxiety disorders. Join a collaborative team including psychiatrists and PAs, with access to EMR, CPT/ICD coding support, and innovative treatments like TMS and Spravato.

This paid role offers flexible work arrangements and strong admin support within a longstanding Anne Arundel County practice serving BCBS, Cigna, Tricare and Medicare.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Experience in outpatient counseling settings.
• Proficient with EMR systems and CPT coding.
• Knowledge ICD-10/ICD-9 coding.
• HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10/ICD-9.
• Provide individual therapy using CBT, psychodynamic, behavioral therapy, MI, DBT or EMDR as indicated.
• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating trauma-informed care.
• Maintain medical records in EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants and other therapists.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups on mental health and social skills.
