Job summary

Quest Wellness Center is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role provides essential mental health services to diverse populations in Galveston, Texas and surrounding areas, with a focus on underserved communities and equitable access to care.

You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention via telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of post‑graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional development in mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical services including assessments, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize the client's needs and incorporate community resources.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and evaluations, using appropriate diagnostic tools to identify treatment needs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards, including client progress notes and care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to contribute to treatment planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide on‑call support during emergency situations as needed, ensuring prompt and effective crisis management.
