Qualifications

• MSW required with licensure in NJ.
• NJ Medicaid Provider Number required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pediatric care.
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments per evidence-based practice.
• Provide counseling/therapy using established modalities.
• Maintain competency as individual, family, and group therapist.
• Document biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans timely.
• Caseload management of 15–20 patients weekly and 5 daily.
