Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our platform and serve clients via telehealth, in-person, or hybrid formats. You can set your own hours and provide care with guaranteed bi-weekly payments.

Fully licensed at Master’s level or higher is required, with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance. This private-practice model offers autonomy, comprehensive credentialing, and access to insured mental health clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed at the Master’s level or above (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW).
• Valid NPI number and active malpractice insurance.
