Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a flexible pay program with telehealth, in-person, or hybrid options. Earn up to $129 per hour with guaranteed bi-weekly payments and a schedule you set.

Fully remote or in-person practice supported by Headway's HIPAA-compliant EHR, credentialing, and billing tools. Licensure at Master’s level required; NPI and malpractice insurance preferred; positions available part-time, full-time, or supplemental.

• Fully licensed at the Master’s level or above (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) with valid NPI number and active malpractice insurance.
