Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our platform. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid setup, with up to $120 per hour.

Candidates can choose a full-time, part-time, or supplemental schedule and benefit from guaranteed bi-weekly payments. Applicants must be fully licensed at the Master’s level or higher (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
