Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly, applying modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT to monitor progress and adjust care.

Collaboration with other providers and timely documentation are required. You must maintain HIPAA-compliant records, complete assessments, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed in WA as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LMHP? PsyD/PhD psychologist; listed licenses vary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended sessions per week.
• Use data to adjust treatment based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant progress notes and documentation.
