Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote therapy to adults in Washington and beyond. You’ll manage a 7–20 session weekly caseload, use proven modalities, and track outcomes with PHQ-9 and other tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington as LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC/PhD or PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; we cover costs.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
• Six months teletherapy tech experience and EHR systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week; 8–24 hours weekly.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer when needed.
• Complete notes and documentation in EMR within 48 hours; may use AI tools.
