Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and bar admission in good standing in California.
• Excellent research and legal writing abilities.
• Experience with appellate writing and arguments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Draft pretrial motions and oppositions, including discovery and dispositive motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with trial documents such as motions in limine, briefs, and jury instructions.
• Draft post-trial motions and assist with appellate work and appellate arguments.
