Job summary

Chartwell Law is seeking an Event Specialist to coordinate client-facing and internal firm events that support marketing, business development, and employee engagement. The role manages all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, travel administration, and post-event reporting.

They will work with attorneys, firm leadership, and vendors to ensure events are on-brand, within budget, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of event planning, marketing, business development, or related experience.
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends. Must be near a major airport hub, preferably on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client-facing events, including conferences, networking events, and client trips.
• Coordinate internal firm events, including holidays, summer parties, retreats, and special events.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend venues, catering, décor, and other vendors.
