Job summary

Spill Foods, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations to lead a hands-on, build-from-zero operations effort for a funded, pre-launch plant-based beverage company. You will own the end-to-end product flow—from manufacturing to import and distribution—working directly with the founder and brand leaders.

The role can be full-time or fractional, with potential to grow into a leadership position as we scale. You will manage overseas co-manufacturers, optimize import logistics, and establish lean systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience building operations for an early-stage CPG brand.
• Experience in beverage/food imports is a strong plus.
• Excellent oversight of logistics, inventory, 3PL, and distributor operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overseas co-manufacturers and coordinate production runs.
• Own import logistics end to end: freight, customs, and long lead times.
• Build and run inventory planning and 3PL relationships.
• Manage distributor operations: forecasting, replenishment, deductions, and trade-spend.
• Support sales: order flow, account fulfillment, and shelf-ready product movement.
• Set and track KPIs across operations and sales: velocity, fill rates, margins.
