LaTeam Partners is seeking a Digital Content & SEO Specialist to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of content across multiple digital properties. This role ensures content is strategic, technically sound, optimized for search, and easy for users to navigate.

This role requires advanced English, 3+ years in digital content or SEO, CMS publishing, technical SEO, schema markup, and proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console. Remote role open to LATAM residents.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content, SEO, content management, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience publishing content within a CMS.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO.
  • Experience implementing or managing structured data/schema markup.
  • Strong knowledge of search intent, keyword research, internal linking, content architecture, and content optimization.
  • Experience conducting website/content audits and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and how web pages are structured.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketers, writers, designers, UX teams, developers, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital properties and competing priorities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Must currently reside in Latin America.
  • Must submit an updated CV in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day content publishing, updates, optimization, and maintenance within the CMS and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, current, accessible, on-brand, and optimized for both users and search engines.
  • Maintain consistent content structures, formatting, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and page components.
  • Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies across digital properties.
  • Conduct regular content and SEO audits to identify opportunities, issues, and technical improvements.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image metadata, internal links, and other on-page SEO elements.
  • Conduct keyword and search intent research to support content planning and optimization.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on search behavior, competitors, and business priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Schema.org structured data and determine appropriate schema types for different content and page templates.
  • Develop FAQ strategies that support user experience and search visibility.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical SEO issues using Google Search Console, SEMRush, and other SEO platforms.
  • Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms to monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, conversions, indexing, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and continuously optimize existing content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, compliance, UX, development, and other stakeholders.
