Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code and flag issues. You will rate model responses across accuracy, following instructions, and presentation, helping refine code output. You will also craft clear prompts to push AI coding capabilities.

This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and compensation up to 34 USD/hr, with additional incentive opportunities based on project needs. Applicants from multiple Latin American countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent attention to grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
