About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce logistics provider, is seeking an innovative Remote Last-Mile Delivery Strategist to optimize their delivery operations nationwide. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker passionate about improving the efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of final-mile deliveries. You will be instrumental in analyzing delivery data, identifying trends, developing new strategies, and implementing best practices for route optimization, driver performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of last-mile logistics challenges and a proven ability to leverage technology and data to drive significant improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategies for optimizing last-mile delivery routes, schedules, and resource allocation across various urban and suburban environments.
• Analyze delivery performance data, including on-time rates, delivery times, costs per delivery, and customer feedback, to identify areas for enhancement.
• Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve last-mile delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations teams, technology partners, and other stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of implemented strategies.
• Develop pilot programs for new delivery models or technologies and assess their scalability.

Requirements
