Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Language & Reading Tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. You choose your schedule and set your hourly rate, delivering engaging lessons aligned with literacy goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, ability to design lesson plans, strong virtual instruction skills, and a reliable setup. Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. Fully remote work with a steady stream of students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's reading level, goals, and learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans focused on core literacy components aligned with grade-level standards.
• Adapt instruction in real time to support decoding, fluency, and comprehension.
• Track student progress and communicate growth with families and school district partners as applicable.
