Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation seeks a Landscape Architect 2 in Phoenix to provide technical review of landscape architecture projects, supervise staff, seal plans, and oversee consultant work.

Requires a Bachelor's or higher in Landscape Architecture and Arizona licensure, with at least five years’ experience as a licensed landscape architect on transportation projects. Remote work may be available within Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Registration as a Professional Landscape Architect in Arizona.
• Five (5) years minimum as a registered Landscape Architect working on transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and provide technical expertise for staff and consultants in landscape architecture.
• Direct the preparation and review of landscape architectural plans and specifications.
• Seal plans and supervise quality control for landscape architectural work.
