Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an experienced Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive OEM/Custom Lab filtration business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is field-based, requiring substantial travel and field presence.

You will collaborate with Discovery Sales Specialists, motivate distributors, and promote Lab filtration ranges in key accounts while maintaining strong product knowledge and CRM-driven customer management.

Qualifications

• Degreed professional with experience in filtration applications, products
• Plus 3+ years of consultative sales experience
• Experience in working with distributors is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create end user demand for direct and indirect customers and spend at least 70% of time in the field
• Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts
• Sales negotiation and deal closure with direct users and decision makers
• Develop and maintain high level product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products
• Actively use CRM system (Salesforce.com) for transparent customer management
• Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Deliver presentations to promote new business growth
