The position emphasizes flexibility, independence, and working with an international leadership community while focusing on measurable outcomes and meaningful conversations with individuals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience
• Experience in learning and development, training, leadership, communication, people development or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with prospective clients and conducting professional conversations
• Able to work independently and follow established systems and processes
• Self-directed, organised and motivated by measurable outcomes
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based compensation structure
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
• Must be based in and authorised to work in the USA or Canada
• Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce

Responsibilities

• Combine professional development with client engagement and business development activities
• Develop conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth programs
• Work with established systems, digital resources and structured processes
• Communicate effectively with clients to support growth objectives
• Operate within a remote, performance-based structure
