Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to place two experienced Business Intake Researchers on a fully remote, 6-month contract. The role focuses on corporate research, investigative due diligence, risk assessment, KYC/AML, and business intake research.

You will conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, review SEC filings and public records, and synthesize findings for attorneys and stakeholders. This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment and due diligence.
• Experience with corporate research and public records.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML concepts.
• Ability to interpret financial information and review SEC filings.
• Strong analytical, writing, and time-management skills.
• Experience with conflicts/biz intake is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation and regulatory history, SEC filings and public records.
• Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise research findings.
• Support attorneys and internal stakeholders with due diligence on new clients and matters.
• Assist with research for potential lateral hires, business combinations, and other risk-related projects.
• Partner with conflicts and business intake teams as needed to identify potential issues during intake.
• Support additional Information Governance and risk management initiatives
