Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in risk assessment or investigative due diligence.
• Experience with corporate research and KYC/AML processes.
• Ability to interpret financial information and regulatory history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation and regulatory history, and public records.
• Analyze sources and synthesize findings into concise reports for attorneys.
• Support due diligence related to new clients and matters.
• Assist with research related to lateral hires and business combinations.
