• Interview — Facilitate live technical interviews through the platform with software engineering candidates worldwide. Build a professional, inclusive experience while assessing coding skills and problem-solving ability.
• Evaluate — Deliver structured, objective feedback on coding style, technical approach, and communication; mitigate bias and improve hiring signal.
• Partner — Collaborate with the client’s internal teams to test and refine interview content, processes, and platform features.
