Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Kotlin/Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin proficiency; Java knowledge a plus.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries and design principles.
• Experience with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical interviews for Kotlin developers via the client's platform.
• Evaluate candidates on performance, coding style, and problem-solving approach.
• Partner with clients to test content, processes, and products.
